August is Hunting Season for Jimmy. Every year he draws a bow hunting tag and head up into the mountains for a week long hunt. This year he was not able to bag his deer the first week, so every other weekend, or so, he will go up to the mountains for a couple hours. One Friday afternoon he decided to invite Spencer along. It was a great opportunity for some bonding time together. Spencer had a blast hiking through the hills and talking with his dad. Afterward Jimmy took him to get a milkshake. It was the highlight of the whole trip. Hopefully this will become a father - son tradition.
